Contributions to the workshop consist of a one-page abstract only (no full paper), in view of oral presentation or poster presentation.

The submission process is designed so that only one contribution proposal is accepted per account. Contribution proposals should be preferentially submitted by the speaker. 

Final acceptance of the abstract requires the speaker to register (one presentation per participant).

The one-page abstracts should comply with the following:

Abstracts evaluation

Each abstract has been evaluated by members of the scientific and organizing committees according to the following criteria:

• Adequation with the conference topics
• Originality and novelty
• Clarity
• Compliance with the template and guidelines - mandatory ! 

  This process resulted in the abstract acceptance for oral or poster presentation, sometimes with a request for improvement, or its rejection.
