Submissions management

Contributions to the workshop consist of a one-page abstract only (no full paper), in view of oral presentation or poster presentation.

The submission process is designed so that only one contribution proposal is accepted per account. Contribution proposals should be preferentially submitted by the speaker. 

Final acceptance of the abstract requires the speaker to register (one presentation per participant).

Authors will be informed once the abstract has been evaluated  (see below). 

Evaluation

Each abstract is evaluated by members of the scientific and organizing committees according to the following criteria:

• Adequation with the conference topics
• Originality and novelty
• Clarity
• Compliance with the template and guidelines - mandatory ! ( see template and guideline: TemplateRocexsGrenoble.docx)

  This process will result in the abstract acceptance, a request for improvement, or its rejection.
