How to submit

Main Lines

Contributions consist of a one-page abstract only (no full paper), in view of oral presentation or poster presentation.

The abstract should be prepared using this template: TemplateRocexsGrenoble.docx

This template also includes guidelines for authors.

Compliance with this template and the guidelines is mandatory for the abstract to be accepted.

The submission process is designed so that only one contribution proposal is accepted per account.

Contribution proposals should be preferentially submitted by the speaker. 

It is also possible to upload additional data for reviewers (one file only, fast to go through).

Final acceptance of the abstract requires the speaker to register (one presentation per participant).

Evaluation

Each abstract will be evaluated by menbers of the scientific and organizing committees according to the following criteria:

• Adequation with the conference topics
• Originality and novelty
• Clarity
• Compliance with the template and guidelines

  This process will result in the abstract acceptance, a request for improvement, or its rejection.
