 How to reach MACI, the workshop location : 

The MACI building is located in the center of the campus site of the Univ. Grenoble Alpes, 339 avenue Centrale, Saint-Martin-d'Hères. (see the map below).

Coming by tram (recommended both for you and the planet!)

The "Gabriel Fauré" tram stop is around 50 metres from the MaCI.

The site is served by two tramway lines:

Tram B: Grenoble Oxford/Gières Plaine des sports line.    
Tram C: Seyssins Le Prisme / Saint-Martin-d'Hères Condillac Universités line.

• • From Grenoble SNCF railway station or bus station: take Tram B, in the direction of Gières Plaine des Sports. Get off the tram at the Gabriel Fauré stop.
  • From Grenoble Université Gières SNCF railway station (for people arriving by train from Geneva, Annecy and Chambéry): take Tram B, in the direction of Grenoble Oxford. Get off the Tram at the Gabriel Fauré stop.

Coming by car

• • Coming from Lyon or Valence, follow the signs for Chambéry/Rocade Sud, and take exit 2 "Gabriel Péri" (Ikea).
  • Coming from Chambéry, follow the signs for Gières Domaine Universitaire, then take exit 1 "Domaine Universitaire/Gières Mayencin".
  • Coming from Grenoble centre, take Avenue Gabriel Péri from St Martin d'Hères, then the entrance to the campus opposite the Intermarché supermarket
   
           Note that the nearest parking spaces are 200 meters approx. from the MACI building.
